Return & Refund Policy

Due to the sacred, rare, and easily replicable nature of Rudraksha, gemstones, and spiritual products, we follow a strict return and refund policy to protect authenticity and prevent misuse.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.
• The product must remain unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

2. Mandatory Verification Process

All return or refund requests undergo a strict verification process. Customers may be required to:

• Share unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery.
• Provide clear images of the received product.
• Allow physical inspection after the product is returned to us.

Requests failing verification or found inconsistent with original shipment records will be rejected.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used or worn Rudraksha, malas, or gemstones.
• Products showing signs of replacement, tampering, or duplication.
• Customized, energized, or specially consecrated items.
• Returns requested due to change of mind or belief.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product passes inspection, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or other mutually agreed methods, as all orders are Cash on Delivery (COD).

5. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if fraud, misuse, or policy violations are detected. Our decision in such cases shall be final.
